Born at the Wrong Time

Ever get the feeling life would have been a little better, gone a little easier, or just would have been downright more interesting if you were born at a different time? A few years or a few decades and you could have burned your bra in front of the country courthouse, drank absinthe with Van Gogh, or just lived at a time when folks had better fashion sense (whatever it is you consider to be fashionable).

DJ Whistle Punk can't change the date of your birth, but he can, for an evening, take you at bit out of the present age. To that end he presents: "Born at the Wrong Time: a night of music recorded before 1956". Relive those bygone eras, that perhaps you missed by an accident of birth, from early Edison recordings up to the day before the birth of rock n roll. So break-out your flapper dresses and cigarette holders and come enjoy the final (before vacation) mix at Mange Disque.
